About Seva Vanitha Unit
Welfare facilities and donations to the families of sacrificed war heroes,
The Sri Lanka Navy Seva Vanitha Unit was inaugurated on 07th December 1984. Mrs. Sriya De Silva, the spouse of Commander of the Navy, Vice Admiral A.H.A. De Silva, served as the first President. She successfully dedicated herself to the well-being of this unit, accomplishing its objectives and setting a strong foundation.
Currently, Mrs. Anusha Banagoda serves as the President of the Sri Lanka Navy Seva Vanitha Unit (SLN-SVU).
