Tiny athletes steal the show at NSVU annual sports meets

The annual sports meets of Navy Seva Vanitha Preschools for the year 2026 were held in the month of February at SLNS Gemunu, Tissa, Pandukabhaya, Dakshina and Barana where those preschools are managed.

Following the guidance of the President of Navy Seva Vanitha Unit (NSVU), Mrs. Anusha Banagoda, the events have been organized, featuring a variety of sporting activities, drills and performances that showcased the talents and abilities of the children. Certificates and awards were also presented to the preschoolers, in recognition of their achievements during these events.

NSVU executive committee members, Area Commanders, Commanding Officers, officers and sailors from respective Naval Commands and parents of preschool children were present at these events.
