NSVU beauty salon staff enhance client service with new expertise

Under the direction of the President of the Seva Vanitha Unit, Mrs. Anusha Banagoda, a one-day training workshop on Keratin Hair Treatment was successfully conducted on 23 Dec 25 at the Seva Vanitha Beauty Salon, SLNS Gemunu.

The programme was organized with the objective of enhancing the knowledge and professional skills of naval personnel serving at Seva Vanitha Beauty Salons, introducing them to modern beauty care techniques. The workshop was enriched by a reputed and experienced institution in the beauty care field, providing both theoretical knowledge and practical exposure to modern Keratin Hair Treatment methods, safe procedures, and the use of professional products.

This initiative is expected to contribute significantly to staff development and to further improve the quality of services provided to clients through Seva Vanitha Beauty Salons by strengthening the professional competencies of the personnel.

Addressing the participants, Mrs. Anusha Banagoda emphasized the value of upgrading professional skills in line with modern beauty care trends and urged the staff to apply the newly learned techniques to further improve service standards.
