NSVU provides school supplies to children of naval personnel facing financial hardships

As part of yet another generous gesture towards naval family through the Navy Seva Vanitha Unit (NSVU), the President of NSVU, Mrs Mala Lamahewa provided school supplies for the children of naval personnel facing financial hardships. The handing over of items was made at the office of NSVU at the Navy Headquarters on 14th February 2024.

Lending ears to the requests of the family members of late Chief Petty Officer LIP Kumara as well as Chief Petty Officer KGSC Bandara and Leading Seaman BJS Perera, from the Navy Seva Vanitha Unit these school supplies were provided for the benefit of their school-going children.

The occasion was also attended by the Coordinating Officer, Secretary and staff members of NSVU.
