Seva Vanitha Unit hosts farewell reception to departing members
The Navy Seva Vanitha Unit (NSVU), under the auspices of its President, Mrs Chandima Ulugetenne, hosted a farewell reception for a group of outgoing executive and committee members of the organization at the Navy Headquarters Wardroom on 14th November 2022.
The farewell reception was made more colourful by music and dance performances of the Navy Band and Cultural Troupe. The outgoing executive and committee members; Mrs Sandya Ekanayake, Mrs Dushani Mahawithana, Mrs Shiromani Sigera, Mrs Kumudu Gamage and Mrs Priyanka Seneviratne were presented special mementoes by the President Navy Seva Vanitha Unit, in appreciation of their service to the organization.
The occasion was attended by senior and junior members of NSVU, lady officers as well as the Secretary and staff of the Navy Seva Vanitha Unit.
