Navy Seva Vanitha Unit initiates a project of yogurt production in Welisara

A project of yogurt production , initiative of the President of the Navy Seva Vanitha Unit, Mrs. Yamuna Wijegunaratne, was declared open by Commander of the Navy Vice Admiral Ravindra Wijegunaratne at SLNS Gemunu, Welisara this morning (19).

A wide range of yogurt products including the yogurt drink are produced following the highest level of hygienic standards but at relatively low price for the consumption of the Naval personnel, under this project. President of the Navy Seva Vanitha Unit, Commander Western Naval Area, Rear Admiral Jayantha De Silva, senior members of the Navy Seva Vanitha Unit, senior officers and sailors were also present on the occasion.
